Eleanor and Park

This book is about a boy named Park and a girl named Eleanor. This book is like a romance. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone under the age of 12 years old because of some words in the book. This book is about how a boy sticks up for a girl on the first day of school. This girl is a new girl at school, she can't find seat on the bus. He offers to share his seat with the girl. The girl reads all of his comics over his shoulder. Soon later he places comics and cassettes on the seat for her to borrow. Soon she runs into a problem she can't listen to them so she explains to him why she can't take them. Soon later he gives her the things she needs to listen to the tapes. They become really good friends throughout the book. But a problem has been in the story since the very beginning. Her mother doesn't do anything about.
